What is it?

RepeatPrescription.ie is an out-of-the-box solution for facilitating the receipt and processing of repeat prescription requests for GP surgeries in Ireland.

The platform operates independently of your surgery’s website - in fact, you don’t even need a website to utilise it.

RepeatPrescription.ie will save your admin staff many hours of manual work every month.

How does it work?

We’ve designed the process to be as effortless as possible for your reception staff:

Patients submit their request through your unique online form
Where applicable, payment is requested and processed through our payments partner, Stripe. A receipt is automatically sent to the patient.
Prescription requests are emailed directly to you, or gathered in your dashboard for which you receive a daily summary
Incoming requests include an automatically generated PDF for easy record keeping or upload to your healthhare CRM
Requests can be accepted or Declined, and the patient is notified accordingly

Pricing:

RepeatPrescription.ie is based on a flat monthly usage fee of €99/month. Trial the service for one month at no cost.

Our payments partner is Stripe, for processing patient payments. Stripe charges 1.5% + 25c per transaction. This fee only applies to chargeable repeat prescription requests.

Prices exclude VAT.
